Theotokos is the name the Church gives to Our Lady, Mother of God. Mary is not only the archetype of the union with God to which all men and women are called; she is also the archetype of the personal dignity of women.

High school women in grades 10, 11, and 12 are invited for a meal at 5:30 p.m. in Koch Commons followed by lively discussions led by UST Catholic college women students on the dignity, charism, and vocation of women in the Church and in today's culture, following the model of Mary the Mother of the Redeemer.

Evening Prayer at 5 p.m. at St. John Vianney, followed by procession.
Mass at 7:30 with Team Vianney participants and university students ends the evening.
Departure by 8:30.

N.E.T. Lifeline - ''Who Will God Raise Up?'' - 2/4/2012
Offered by N.E.T. Ministries and the Vocation Office

N.E.T. Ministries hosts Catholic teens Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012, for a high-energy event. With us for this great evening is our very special guest Archbishop Nienstedt. He will be joined by Fr. Troy Przybilla from the Archdiocesan Vocation Office. We especially welcome a great team of priests, religious Brothers and Sisters from various Religious Orders around the country.

The time is now as the modern world awaits the emergence of a handful of spiritual heroes and heroines who will serve the Church as Priests, Religious Sisters and Religious Brothers. Those specially called as witnesses of hope to a world in desperate need of the Good News. The question is not, Will God raise up great men and women for the Church’s mission? The question is, Who will God raise up?
And the answer is: those you least expect.

Mass is at 6 p.m. with the archbishop. Doors open at 5:30 and event ends at 9:30. NET Center, 110 Crusader Ave. W., West St. Paul; 651-450-6833. Check out www.netusa.org.

A free-will offering is suggested.
